Beginner's Tetris

I will be the first to admit that this doesn't feel much like "Beginner's" Tetris...and as Overhazard pointed out, it feels something akin to "Weird Tetris," because you've basically got the same field as the regular Tetris matrix, but the pieces take up twice the space. This, actually makes it much harder to work with regular tetriminos. That's exactly why they throw in what I'll call "beginner's pieces" that are actually not tetriminos (tetriminos are all made of four blocks, but there are pieces here made with only one, two, and three blocks each).

You can also play this mode with only the beginner's pieces, but I found that to be slightly boring and slow-paced...not to mention with only three-block pieces at most, it's impossible to get a Tetris.

I believe that the Balance Board Tetris mode is the same as this one, except controlled by the Balance Board, but being as it is that I don't have one to connect, I can't actually try it out myself, but I don't think there would be anything particularly different in the presentation.
