One of my favourites is using the scoreboard to establish whether someone has used their Dead Ringer, as the scoreboard shows them as dead when they fake their death, but also shows them as alive when they uncloak.
Another tip is to use Spy corpses on the ground to help you identify whether a Spy may have feigned in the area recently.
