45So, there was this episode of #tooninwithme titled "Fame Has Its Perks", and it had this Bill mascot going around doing this cackle that reminded me of a certain bird.
Doesn't change the fact that Fame Has It's Perks has a terrific lineup, despite two shorts from Warner Bros utilizing John Seely's stock music. Cruise Cat really was the best short of the day.
