Day Two
Location: Figaro Castle, South Figaro, Mt. Kolts, Returner Hideout
Steps Taken: 3306
Time played: 37 minutes
Total time played: 1:07
Characters: Terra (10) Locke (9) Edgar (11) Sabin (12) Banon (7)

Another fairly short day. They'll get longer as I get more time to play. Anyway, I headed off to Figaro Castle, eventually finding out some things about Kefka, and Edgar. I forgot to get all of the treasures here, I'll have to come back to get them later. I eventually made it out, the Magitek Armor battle was obviously easy and I engaged the cutscene involving Terra's magic just for fun. The cave to South Figaro was a breeze. Auto crossbow destroys everything at this point. I made sure to give Edgar the pike, and Locke Edgar's sword. Once I got to South Figaro I met up with Shadow and bought way better weapons and armor. 3 plumed hats, a regalcutlass, kung fu suit, cotton robe, and some relics. I also got the hidden treasures and money from the mansion, and a warp stone hidden in some barrels. I went to Mt. Kolts which wasn't too hard. I grabbed the guardian knife for Locke, and the hyper wrist relic. I put both the atlas armlet and hyper wrist on Edgar, turning his auto crossbow into a murder machine at this point in the game doing 200+ damage to everything. I didn't manage to steal any bandanas from the Brawlers, oh well. Before the Vargas fight, Locke got killed by a critical hit which just happened to do 35 damage, the exact amount he had left. I should've healed him, because Terra and Edgar ended up gaining levels together, while Locke didn't. I had to go fight Vargas without Locke, which unfortunately meant I wouldn't have a chance to steal mythril claws from him. I had no phoenix downs on me, and I wasn't willing to walk all the way back to the save point to use a tent. Vargas other than that was easy. Sabin came in and gave him the old left right left, and I was off to the Returner Hideout. Met up with Banon, made sure to unequip Locke before entering though. Once I gained control of Terra I grabbed all of the treasures around, such as the white cape, green cherry, and air lancet. I also maxed out my supply of tonics, which will be very helpful for when I don't have Terra in a group. I said no to Banon the first time, with his offer of Terra becoming the last ray of hope. Doing so, you can go talk to the returner near the air lancet chest, and he will give you the genji glove there, and you can still engage the cutscene at the table (I also made Banon pick up the scrap of paper, just for laughs). Afterwards, when it was time to go to the Leet River, I adjusted my equipment and saved. Thus ending the short, but long feeling day two.
