As it says in the description the game reminds of the artworks in Deponia while the story reminds of the Broken Sword series. The graphics really look good, both the backgrounds and the characters and it is fun to explore the rich and detailed world we are give in the short demo. There are not many animations besides a walkcycle and a pickup frame, so it is hard to say more on that. The puzzles are not that hard, except the one pixelhunt for the phone number that was kind of fair but still stumped me...
The music and sound effects are smooth and go together well with the game, but the voice acting is really good. The story stars slow in the natural habitat of the main character of the story, and towards the end takes up speed in a longer cutscene that of course teases the rest of the game. I hope in the game we get to lure the shady guy into the apartment and get to use the katana!

Synopsis:
The Adventures of Bryan Scott is a new 2D point & click adventure, that combines classic elements from games like "Broken Sword" and "Deponia"

Bryan Scott, son of the well-known and late archaeologist John W. Scott, receives a small package from near East, in which he finds a diary of the missing treasure hunter Kate Williams.

Shortly after his arrival in the near East, his trail leads him to the secret society "The Black Fist", which is also looking for the legendary treasure of Queen Sheba. A dangerous and exciting adventure begins!
