The After Thought - Terra Incognita ~ Chapter One: The Descendant (A impromptu recommendation)
Hello and Welcome to The After Thought, the show where I discuss my initial thoughts on the game and then my thoughts on completion of the game. Basically First Impressions and a Review all in one.
Explaining why my opinion changed if it did on an aspect of the game (if it did) and why I maintained the same opinion if I did.

Today I give my thoughts on: Terra Incognita ~ Chapter One: The Descendant

Normal price £0.79 or your regional equivalent.
Terra Incognita is not game that redefines the RPG genre or introduces a quirky or clever gimmick to enhance the narrative or gameplay.
Terra Incognita is a game that pays homage to how the genre was in it's infancy with stylish animations, a passable aesthetic and gameplay that is challenging in places.
Furthermore the thing that really intrigued me and made me enjoy the game was the optional side quests which you can miss but have obviously had a lot of time spent on them to create enjoyable gameplay.
Finally there was two things that I want to point out, firstly it's price point of £0.11 (currently on sale, normal price of £0.79 on Steam) makes this a cheap and cheerful experience but also the fact it's in the early access programme with a lot more content being drip feed through in form of both updates and additional "chapters" (promised to be free of charge) make this a no brainer of a buy.
On a subjective side-note I also thought the sound design/music was ace.
