The Alpakka is a controller project that wants to do things differently, using freely available files, you can create your own from scratch, or have printing websites help you construct it. It's got a super impressive dual gyroscope set-up that gives it extremely precise gyro control, and some neat ideas for layout and user-friendly options that avoid the need to install proprietary software. It's easily serviceable, making right-to-repair a basic fact of life for it, and the recommended components and filaments are all quite high quality and feel nice to use. An excellent step towards a more consumer-friendly way of looking at peripherals.
