The Attack Types. Check the description again.
So remember. Attack types are just descriptions shortened into one word and you apply them when you use a attack. Their elements dont really mean anything. And the attack types effect can only trigger once everytime you use a attack. So if you see some thing that says "flip 3 coins for each heads deals +40 Energy dmg" if you got 3 heads you dont trigger the Energy attack types effect 3 times.

Fire-Flame: Flame damage deals +10 damage per debuff and buff on foe.
Fire-Energy: Deals +20 if foes max hp is lesser than 500.
Fire-Blast: Deals +10 dmg for each energy foe dosent have to retreat.
Fire-Blaze: Deals +10 dmg for every 200 in foes max hp. deals +20 dmg if foe does not have a buff.
Thunder-Shock: Deals +20 damage for each time a foe is hit by a electric attack.
Thunder-Sting: Deals +10 dmg for each time foe is damaged.
Thunder-Razor: Deals +10 dmg for every hundred in foes hp.
Thunder-Gale: Deals +10 dmg for every 100 hp you lose and Ignore reduce dmg effects.
Water-Acid: Deals +20 dmg for each 300 hundred in foes max hp deals +20 dmg if attacking a foe that is weak to the move your using.
Water-Force: Deals +30 dmg if foes dodge is lesser than yours or if foe has a debuff.
Ice-Frost: Deals +30 dmg if foes dodge is lesser than yours. if foes dodge is higher then deals +10 dmg.
Ice-Shatter: Deals +30 dmg if foes hp is higher than yours.
Normal-Slash: Deals +10 dmg for each energy foe requires to retreat.
Normal-Crush: Deals +20 dmg if foes hp is lesser than yours.
Earth-Burst: Deals +10 dmg if foe has a debuff also deal +20 dmg for every time foes is hit by a Burst attack
Earth-Absorb: Deals +10 dmg. deals +30 dmg if foe has a buff. Restore 20 hp.
Earth-Barbed: Deals +10 dmg for each debuff foe has. And deals +10 dmg each time foes hit by a earth element attack.
Dark-Lurid: Deals +20 dmg if foe has a debuff. deal +10 dmg if your hit is higher than foes. deals +10 dmg if your dodge is higher than foes. deals +20 dmg if foe did 60 or less dmg the last time they attacked you.
Dark-Venom: Deals +20 dmg if foe is below 300 hp. deals +10 dmg if foe has a debuff. Deals +20 dmg if foe is weak to the move being used.
Dark-Lacerate: Chance 5 to deal +30 dmg. Deals +10 dmg if foe has a higher retreat cost.
Nightmare-Orange: Summon a shield for 3 of your moves when attacked reduce dmg taken by 10 and while active foe takes 20 dmg every their move. Can summon multiple of these shields at once.
Nightmare-Green: Deal +40 dmg and restore 20 hp.
Nightmare-Red: Deal +10 dmg gain Swiftness and inflict Slow.
Nightmare-Blue: Reduces your dmg taken by 20 next time your attacked. Steal 1 of foes buffs your choice. Guranteed hit.
Nightmare-Purple: Chance 6 to inflict Nightmare Virus. Chance 4 to restore 50 hp. Ignore all buffs.
Psychic-Mystic: Deals +20 dmg if foes max hp is lesser than yours deals +10 dmg if foe is a thunder fire water or grass type.
Psychic-Mania: Deals +20 dmg for each debuff you and your foe has.
