Steps to play it yourself:
1- get lifeless or mod that removes games for windows live or a pirated version.
2- open Fallout.ini or fallout_defult.ini from your documents and replace bUsethreded AI=0 by 1 and ADD another line afterwords iNumHWThreads=2
3- download a file called fose
4- put file with your game folder
5- get nexus mod manager
6- use it to download Fallout mod manager
7- keep using nexus and forget about falloutmod manager for now 8- download texture mods and IRONsights mod and others...
9- dont download the wanderer mod its too many mods it could break the game + it makes the game look poopy and run like poop
10- you run your game from fallout mod manager as an adminstrator then click tools in the menu options inside that program then activate the option called Archive invigilation
11- Run the game it should work with all the mods
12- when the game is open every time you play get console commands and write fov 87 for perfect fov in first person
13- if game didnt work then one of the mods you installed broke it make sure you install only mods that work together note: YOU NEED ironsight mod to aim XD otherwise game has no aim system it should take 10 hours XD but its 9001% worth it... it really is :)
