Definitely a unique and different story driven adventure experience. It's a bit weird but also has humour. The real world portion of the game is in first person style. Whereas the book world of the game is of an isometric view. You can play with either a gamepad or keyboard and mouse and both control types will give you a different game experience. Gamepad controls like an action adventure game, whereas with keyboard and mouse it plays like a hidden object point and click adventure. Combat is turn based strategy, but of a simple style.
