Now Here we out, I went into this game with minor expectations. The trailer looked engaging and knowing some of the devs also worked on Dead space, I was eager to dive into The Callisto Protocol. The thing is, the game has a serious lack of enemy diversity. And that issue is tied to the combat system. It can’t think about to make enemy different when the main mechanic is to Dodge. It means that no matter what enemy they would have introduced, they were going to act the same : Swing, Swing and Swing. I really liked some aspects of the game but encountering the same mini boss 4 times wasn’t one of them. Especially since the biggest issue is that the mini boss wasn’t fun to fight 😕
