PB&J BITES
INGREDIENTS:
1 cup unsalted peanuts
1 cup pitted dates
1 cup unsweetened dried cherries
1 Tbls. alcohol-free vanilla extract

DIRECTIONS:
Blend peanuts in food processor. Add dates and blend together. Next, add 1 cup unsweetened cherries. Add alcohol-free vanilla extract and blend. Scoop out of food processor and place into silicone pans.
