So I was practicing the colony encounter and made it through but when I chose "Restart Encounter" this spot loaded instead. There was even a journal note to pick, and the encounter end trigger was not where it normally is (window) but a bit further. As if the game loaded an entirely different segment. Strange bugs are so strange... Note: I removed black loading screens about 10 seconds each between restarts.
