The Course Of Nature | Growth (Animal-Based Hex Tile Exploration Game)
134Growth is a lovely hex tile exploration game where we uncover a hex world by using the abilities of animals. So unlike other hex tile games where we put down plains tiles and grassland tiles and the like, in this game we uncover tiles with our animal friends!
As we explore we find things around the world, such as new animal habitats and unusual landmarks. Each habitat gives us an amount of animals to work with but as they explore they are 'used up' so we have to keep on discovering new habitats to make sure we always have animals at the ready!
Deer are found in a forest and move a short distance over land, bees are found in meadows and can fly over water, plus there are special animals we can find that give us unique bonuses.
It's a wonderful, relaxing, challenging game with a lot of replayability to it and, most importantly, it has bees! Yay for bees!
