The Dead Linger is a FPS zombie survival horror that is currently in very early alpha. You have to survive by finding food, weapons, zombies (scratch that one) and clothing of sorts. Maps are procedurally randomly generated and is a whooping 64,000 Square Km, that's kinda insane. Did I mention offline/modding capabilities and DRM free?

This game is looking very promising even at only this stage of alpha, however due to The WarZ having so much bad press and hate around it and this game being somewhat similar it will have a knock on effect and might deter a few people. A shame considering the amount of features.
