The Doodie Before (Day Before Early Access Impression)
0Well, it's here. Fntastic finally released The Day Before, after much initial hype then a lot of problems, then problems, then more problems, then it launched.
Now, I'm not going to sit here and rag on it becuase Fntastic used purchasable assets from the Unreal Engine storefront, because that's what those are sold to be used for, in games. They did nothing wrong there.
The issue I have with the Day Before is that it's boring. It's very boring. There's just not a lot going on.
Touted as an MMO, well, it's as much an MMO as Destiny. There aren't many NPC zombies roaming around and it just feels empty. Which leads to it's biggest crime, it's immensely boring.
There's always a chance they can turn it around, but who knows. Fntastics history is against them. They've made a game before then abandoned it for this title.
