Step 1) Disable/Enable Steam input and then relaunch the game
Step 2) Disable Steam input and then connect controller using USB cable, relaunch the game
Step 3) Enable Controller in sound control panel (Use wired connection)
Step 4) Unplug hotas, wheel, pedals, mouse, Razer Tartarus, disconnect all the additional USB adapter connected to PC, disconnect additional joystick/controllers connected, disconnect arcade stick, disconnect multiple monitors, if you have any virtual controller (Vjoy etc.), disable/uninstall them.
Step 5) Launch Steam in big picture mode
Step 6) Update Controller using PlayStation Accessories app/Xbox Accessories App (Connect controller using USB cable)
Step 6) Use wired connection
