In this chapter, Elen escorts Rabinna, the Khajiit slave formerly used as a drug mule, to the Argonian Mission in Ebonheart, where the poor thing finally finds freedom. This also gives us a chance to poke around the main headquarters of the Empire in Vvardenfell, introduce ourselves to the Duke, and pick up a few minor errands for the local department of the Imperial Cult - including starting up an investigation on whoever is stealing Imperial limeware and collecting donations for charity purposes from the local Argonian and Skyrim missions. In between these noble, but somewhat tedious tasks, Elen also acquires some important information on the Dark Brotherhood and even makes a brief teleportation-assisted trip to Mournhold for clues, though she wisely decides against directly confronting the Brotherhood for the moment.
