In this chapter, Commander Shepard and her squadmates make a landing on the frozen and dangerous planet of Noveria, where the Spectre hopes to catch up with Matriarch Benezia, Liara's mother and Saren's chief advisor. However, it turns out that, although the Matriarch did indeed arrive on the planet a little bit in advance of the Commander, she has proceeded onward to Peak 15, an out-of-limits scientific facility, access to which has been blocked due to an alleged blizzard. It is now up to Shepard to gain passage to Noveria's transport department by penetrating the intricate web of Noveria's financial corruption and using the acquired information to her - and humanity's - ultimate benefit... no matter what the cost, that is.
[NOTE: This video is part of a complete re-recording of the Mass Effect Trilogy in its Legendary Edition, replacing my previous recordings of the original trilogy. There are no significant differences with the previous playthrough, as the main reason behind the re-recording is not to present a different path, but rather to make use of the enhanced visuals and present everything in higher video and audio quality. In addition to the base Legendary Edition version, the game uses a set of custom-made mods to enhance visual performance even further (LEUITM, MELLO, ALOT, etc.), as well as the "Community Patch" and "Diversification Project" to correct occasional bugs and restore a few pieces of cut content.]
