I also have mods installed. The mods I use as off now, are listed below:
-HQ show textures (Makes show look better)
-Pure waters (makes water look better)
-weightless tools (Makes tools for mining and wood cooping weightless)
-Guard Dialogue overhaul (Grants the hold guards more speech options)
-Kill them generals (Allows the player to kill the enemy's side's camp generals after the Skyrim civil war quest line)
-Unread books glow (Gives all unread books a glow that will fade apron reading)
-Arrowsmith: vanilla edition v.3d (Allows the player to craft arrows at the blacksmith forge along with weapons and armor)
-Immersive patrols vanilla (Causes groups of stromclock, imperial, Dominion, etc to patrol along roads)
-Craftable lockpicks (Allows the player to craft lockpicks at blacksmith forges)
