This game is horribly optimized. The FPS is also capped to 30fps which means low-end users will have to face the slow-motion style gameplay. Make sure to unlock the fps cap. And also low-end Pc users should not change the aspect ratio because, it will result in a drop in fps and are suggested to play in the default aspect ratio which is 2:35:1.
