Welcome everybody! To Let's Play The Forest - Gameplay! Part 6! I’m still stuck in the caves we have found few episodes ago. I want to fully explore them before I will do anything new in #TheForest However to my understanding, the Caves in The Forest are divated in to sections, a lot of them actually and I will need more tools in order to get to the other sections. For example in the caves are I am right now there are pounds of water, But I won’t be able to venture in to them as there is too dark inside and I can’t use my lighter or a torch.
So for now we need to stick to the surface. I do belive the cannibals in the Forest do not respawn insides the Cave systems as the ones I have slain already are still missing.
As I was venturing deeper and deeper I found a rope leading long way down.
At the very bottom of a very long tunnel I saw a paradise, a Land of promise. A cave with a crate of dynamite!! Lot’s of it actually! Enough to blow more then one cannibal village – if there will be ever an option how to destroy a cannibal village in The Forest.
But wait there is more, apparently there are more axes in The Forest then I thought to my collection of the rescue axe from the beginning of the Forest and the stone axe I have made out of wood and rock I got a new addition to mu collection.
An Modern axe!! Where to find Modern axe ? Well its location is quite simple. In order to find Modern axe You need to venture from the boat at the shore in to the small village in the Forest, near it there is the cave entrance, Travel down the cave system then turn right, to get in to a big cave with water in it. Stick to the right side of this cave and find a rope that will lead You all the way down to the dynamite cave! At the end of it there is the Modern axe.
The Modern axe is way more powerful then the stone axe I had use soo far! It also can serve as a torch for a longer time in the Forest then the wooden axe and to make it even better it hits harder and faster then another tool I have!
It’s the perfect weapon for survival in the wilds with cannibals! And it was a good thing I found it as there I have meet the most ugly cannibal in the world. A spider type cannibal, there was a picture of it on the Boat! Its fast, it hits like a truck and its very stupid to find the right path to me! Soo I used that to my advantage. Wasted five bombs on this monster from The Forest and around four molotov. At the end of the Spider Mutant lair I found a caste tape… Well that’s a reward right ? Worth all the materials I wasted…
