0Aldo returns to the Corleone compound and finds out that despite the war between five families ending and Vito Corleone passing away from natutal causes soon afterwards, he had predicted that once he dies, other families will move in to try and crush Corleones by assassinating Michael, who became the new Don Corleone, during an supposed meeting where they'd seek alliance, with the suggestion for such meeting being predicted to come from someone within Corleone family itself who would benefit from Michael's death. True to Vito's prediction, soon after his funeral, suggestion for the meeting with Barzini family specifically comes from Sal Tessio, one of Vito's oldest capos and veteran members of the Corleones' organization, revealing him as the traitor. Due to that, by the time Aldo arrives, Tessio's treachery is already revealed and he is to be brought to his club in Hell's Kitchen where he will be executed, with Aldo joining the group of Corleone enforcers transporting him to the club, with Tessio stating that his betrayal was simply business and that he never had anything personal against Michael, although that does little to sway anyone. At the club, group is attacked by Barzini gunmen with Tessio attempting to escape, although Aldo is able to kill the rival mobsters in the club before finally cornering and gunning down Tessio himself...
