In this episode of A Wild Glitch Appears, we explore the Invincible Wheel Trick in Kirby Super Star for the SNES.

In Kirby Super Star for the SNES, you can press and hold the B button while using the Wheel ability to slow down. It's kind of a useless feature because not only do you move slower this way, but you'll take damage if you run into an enemy.

However, if you hold the B button to move slower while in Wheel form, then you Wheel yourself into a corner, Kirby will come to a complete stop like a responsible driver at a stop sign. When you're in a complete stop, you can let go of the controls and Kirby will become impervious to damage, AND he can still harm enemies in this state. In other words, when Wheel Kirby is stopped against a wall or a screen corner, you can simply let go of your controller and Kirby will become invincible, and any enemies that come in contact with him will get wrecked (with a few exceptions such as Lololo and Lalala under certain conditions).

So again, just start wheeling toward a wall or corner, hold the B button to slow down, and once Kirby stops against the wall or corner, let go of the controls. This technique is an easy and fun way to demolish certain bosses. Other bosses, however will never move to engage Kirby in the corners of the screen, so it's not useful against every enemy.
