Time to defeat the Eldritch horror naked lady.

*Ending Requirements:*
You need to get the two Esk's Eyes before confronting Annabella & Caterina, and choosing the second option. To find them, first finish Lady Annika's quest* and buy the Second Skin from the Veiled Lady in City of Erlim. Through a mirror in a secret passage in Telwynill Village that will take you to the locked door in Esk's Manion. Follow the ghosts to find the secret boss (needs double jump), defeat it to get the eye. The other you can find in the Damned Ruins of the Osseus Fortress, in the undreground caves, follow the ghosts. Beat the boss to get the second eye.

* You MUST do Annika's quest before killing Laddak, since ALL NPCs will be gone from the manor after that!!!

*Annabella & Caterina*
They share the same HP bar. First phase, they'll attack separately. Annabella (hammer) will pop in one of the corners of the room to shoot fire at you, simply jump or dodge to avoid. She can also do a rolling slam from one of the corners, dash through towards her. Caterina (scissors) can do a very fast slash from one of the sides of the room, and an attack that leaves purple flame pillars that will mark your position, that you can avoid by walking away. In between their attacks, they'll linger for a few seconds either to the left or right, away from you - use that time to strike.

Once their life is gone, you'll enter the second phase. Now they'll attack in tandem - if Cat pops up away from you on the sides to do a charging slash, Ana will come with a rolling smash from the top corner away from you. You can dodge this by staying in the corner and preemptively double jumping away from their attacks. If a red flash pops from the left/right side and Cat lingers in the background, Cat will do that weird scissors move, and then Ana finalizes with a rolling smash. Dodge towards or double jump when Cat disappears to avoid. If Ana appears in the left/right ready to shoot, Cat will do the fire pillars from one corner to another - this is a great opportunity to attack, just rush to Ana as it's completely safe where she is. If Ana appears in the top corners, she'll shoot towards Cat in the opposite corner, who will bat the fireball to 3 smaller ones, then do the same from the opposite side of the room, and then back to a corner. You can avoid this by double jumping a bit before Cat hits the fireball, on top of Ana, or simply staying below Cat and just jumping over the fireball.

Between their attacks, they'll linger a bit for you to hit them, until about their life reaches ~40%, when you'll need to attack while they are attacking. Try to stay at the middle of the screen, so you can determine which attack they'll be doing.

*Medeya The Cosmic Voice*
She has a ton of attacks that are hard to dodge. All of these come at random.

1. When lightning sparks on the ground, she'll summon three huge lightning pillars roughly into your position, then alternate. You can wade through the lightning by standing in the open spaces.
2. If a lightning streak appears horizontally, she'll charge extremely fast about 3 times, at the height of Eryk's head. You can either jump or duck and jump over. This deals bleed damage.
3. If she moves fast away from you, she'll throw her sword spinning, which will then come back after a while. You can't dodge through, so either duck or jump over it.
4. When she concentrates ice, she'll summon ice shards that spin around her. This is pretty hard to dodge; try to stay close to her, or far away if you need to heal. Be aware to not get distracted by the water reflections.
She can also form a barrier of ice that can only be broken after about 5 attacks.

Once she's down to ~40% HP, all of her moves will be modified. No 1 will gain an extra super fast lightning strike that you need to preemptively avoid; No 2 will become even faster; No 3 she'll throw both swords; and No 4 she'll spin more ice shards. She also gains this new attack where she summons the ice shards AND does the super fast slashes - you can try and dodge these by staying at the extreme corner of the room, jumping as necessary.

There isn't much to hurt her - just attack as often and as much as you can, while weaving through the attacks. Use the "devil trigger" move as much as possible, it greatly improves your mobility. Good luck! If you die here, you won't need to fight Ana and Cat again.

*My Setup*
I went with a mostly DEX build, so I focused on the Rift of Blood sword and the Severance Reaper. The later in particular has an extremely strong skill that does a lot of damage for very low focus cost, it's great for Ana and Cat. The sword is a bit faster for aerial attacks, though. Forgot to show my Charms but I went full ham with damage. Bring all the healing you need.
