130+ man-hours of level grinding and component farming later, I was finally able to defeat this boss in a satisfactory manner. I still think there's room for improvement though.

I apologize for the framerate stuttering. I think my capture drives are beginning to misbehave after about 5-7 years of faithful service. Hopefully a full defrag will take care of it :(

But yes, it looks like I might be doing a gameplay series on this game. I just have to finish it first because I missed a few critical quests which means I won't get the true ending. I will probably start on a New Game+ in Hard Mode if I still have the time and energy to do so.
