Demonic Sword Angbar: Summons a demonic sword and slashes the targets. Cannot be evaded.
Incandescent Hellfire χ (S-craft): Fires a large fireball at targets

This boss may be intimidating at first, since it is a 1v1 instead of a full party, but it is not nearly as bad as it seems. The boss will likely get 2-4 turns in a row for every turn you get, but an evasion tank can avoid all but two of its attacks (Demonic Sword Angbar and the S-craft). Having craft guard can negate damage from the two attacks evasion doesn't work on so you pretty much can't be damaged at all, even on Abyss difficulty.
