After so many years of waiting, an alpha build of BIONICLE: The Legend of Mata Nui has finally been leaked onto the internet. Already, fans such as myself have been combing through its files, scouring every nook and cranny as we look for what hidden secrets lie in store, waiting to be discovered.

While going through the sound files, I noticed that a number of the file names seemed familiar. They apparently correspond to various pieces of concept art that are associated with the game. For posterity's sake, I have decided to compile all relevant sound effects and concept art into a single video.

There are still many more sound effects that I haven't listened to yet, but their file names do not suggest any relation to any concept art that we've seen before. This video is also purely speculation, since anything here could be written off as simply a coincidence... but I think the evidence is pretty strong for the most part.

I do realize that's a Muaka tiger, not a Kane-Ra bull, in the Pohatu concept art. To be fair, a lot of early media mixed up the Muaka and Kane-Ra, so it's not out of the question that this concept art was intended for Pohatu riding a Kane-Ra instead.

Yeah, that one ice monster sound effect is almost definitely a temp track left in by the developers, likely intended to be deleted before release. I thought it was so amusing that I just had to include it anyway.

EDIT: This video was made as speculation based on sound files and preexisting concept art, prior to the discovery of the debug menu. At that time, it was not yet known that the elementals were in the game or that cutscenes featuring Lewa and Pohatu riding Rahi were already fully programmed. Since then, much of this video has been validated by the debug menu and ability to warp to areas that were previously unseen in the original Beaverhouse livestream.
