Dungeon: Ice Palace

There are two rooms which are different from the original SNES version. It's the room where a giant block covers a pit to the lower floor and the room directly under it. In the lower room there was switch where you had to push a block onto the switch to open the door. All you really had to do is hit a crystal switch, go back to the room with the pit (just like in the GBA version) and push a block down into the pit.

Boss: Kholdstare
First, you need to destroy Kholdstare's ice barrier while dodging chunks of ice falling from the ceiling. To destroy the ice barrier, hit it a few times with the fire rod or use bombos medallion (which instantly destroys it... don't ask why I didn't do it). After the barrier is destroyed, Kholdstare splits into three and moves around the room, while ice is still falling down from the ceiling. You can attack Kholdstare by either hitting him with your sword or by using the fire rod (which does more damage).
