You might want to bring medicine of magic (green potion) with you.

Boss: Trinexx
To defeat Trinexx, you first need to get rid of the red and blue head. The blue head is vulnerable against fire, so use the fire rod, and the red head is vulnerable against ice, so use the ice rod. When you hit them with the fire/ice rod, they'll get stunned and you can attack them with your sword. After the heads are gone, Trinexx's shell explodes and he'll emerge in his snake form. To finish him, hit the glowing orb in the center of his body three times.
