We have reached Part 14 of the Japanese Version of "The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time"!

So far, I've completed five Heart Containers (having collected 20 Heart Pieces), learned eight Ocarina songs, collected 33 Gold Skulltula Tokens (20 of which awarded me the Stone of Agony for rescuing the second victim from the Spider's Curse) and even gathered three Bottles.

Last time, I played a few Mini-Games to win Heart Pieces! Now, I will get started with this part!

First, I will leave the Graveyard, then depart from Kakariko Village and head for Lon Lon Ranch. There, I will play the Sun's Song to change nighttime to daytime, then meet Ingo (who is protecting the ranch). He claims that Ganondorf gave the ranch to him and that he kicked Talon out. I play a little horseback riding game at the cost of 10 Rupees. I play for one minute and briefly talk to him while on horseback; when time runs out, I will pay Ingo ten more Rupees, then play Epona's Song to call the horse and ride on her.

I do horseback with Epona, then talk to Ingo; he challenges Link to a race. With a wager of 50 Rupees, we must win two races against him, but losing a race will make him take our money away. Winning both races against Ingo will reward Link with Epona, and we get to use her for the remainder of the game. In order to officially tame her, you must press A to make her jump over the big fences (as Ingo will block the regular exit upon losing both races).

With Epona now mine, I can use her for horseback anytime, anywhere (as long as it's not in places where we can't use her). Now, I will bring the horse with me to Lake Hylia and go to where Bonooru the Sacrecrow is. After playing the eight notes that we played in Child Form, Bonooru will ask Pierre to appear in certain places. Thus, the notes are dubbed the Scarecrow's Song.

Now, I will get out of Lake Hylia and return to the village. This time, I go the Potion Shop and spend a whopping 300 Rupees to buy some Blue Fire, then quickly exit the village and head for Zora's River. I will use the Magic Leaf--grown from the Magic Bean when Link was younger--to reach Zora's Domain a lot faster. I enter the domain with Princess Zelda's Lullaby, then go all the way to the back and use the Blue Fire to defrost the Zora King (he was frozen due to Ganondorf causing a monster to cast an icy spell around the domain; later on, I will fight that monster). As a reward for thawing the ice out, the Zora King will grant Link the Zora Tunic; with this tunic, we can breath underwater and Link will not drown.

Coming up, I will exit the entire Zora area and use Bombs on the trees near the village. A secret hole is revealed and inside, I will kill two Skulltulas (a Big one and a Golden one; the latter will give me Token #34), then quickly exit. Moving along, I will enter the Potion Shop again from the village to buy a Fairy for 50 Rupees, then go up the Death Mountain until I enter Dodongo's Cavern.

I will enter this dungeon one more time because there were certain rooms I have not entered AND I opted not to get any of the five Gold Skulltulas hidden inside. Also, I did not open the Treasure Chests with the Dungeon Map or the Compass, so I will be doing all of that as well. Finally, now that I've learned the Scarecrow's Song, I am able to play it in one of the areas where I could not otherwise get one Gold Skulltula in particular.

2. Compass

Gold Skulltula Tokens - Dodongo's Cavern
