It's time to battle the final boss of the game: Demise.
Demise is actually a pretty easy boss. There's an Easter Egg I wanted to show before actually fighting. If you take out your Bug Neg, Demise will follow where the Net is moving. It isn't really that useful, but it's funny to do. You need to hit Demise while avoiding his attacks as many times as you can. Shield Bashing will give you an easier opportunity to hit him. Just hit him until the second phase iniciates.
In the next phase, Demise will use the lightning that strikes to power up his sword. While his sword is powered up, he can deal two Hearts of damage instead of one. Raise your sword into the air, and let lightning hit it, and you can fire a huge blast at Demise, allowing you to attack him multiple times. Do this until he falls to the ground. As soon as this happens, do a Fatal Blow to him. If you do this too late, he'll get back up and continue fighting. If this happens, just get him to the ground again. It should be quicker than before. Once the Fatal Blow hits Demise, he will be defeated.
We also see the first part of the game's ending. The second part, along with the credits, will be in the next and final part.
