In this part, we head to the second dungeon of the game, the Eastern Palace, along with obtaining a new item. Yes, Hyrule Castle counts as a dungeon, so the Eastern Palace is the second one.

This is the important item obtained in this part:

Magic Powder: Equip your Mushroom, and go to Syrup, the witch near the cauldron. Push Y to give her the Mushroom. She'll say that she'll make something for you, and it'll be finished later. Go left a screen, then come back. Enter the shop, and the item will already be finished, that item being the Magic Powder. This Powder has various effects, such as transforming Buzz Blobs, and transforming Anti-Fairies into Fairies.
