Now I understand. The poorly defended Fjord was just a distraction tactic. Done so as to low my guard and allow myself to walk into a much more dangerous trap. I suppose I'll have to take back what I said about Frostgard, the man's a tactical genius.
On the other hand, this is a cheap first time player trap. Players would indeed be focused on getting into the building first, not noticing the windows that have often been decorative. A boss character with a railgun aiming straight at unaware players is pretty much a guaranteed free kill. I was amused by it though, so I give it half crime points.
