Both The Need For Speed (1995) and the updated Special Edition (1996) contain a "Rally" version of locations in the game, where the road has been replaced with gravel/broken tarmac. One of the tracks (Rusty Springs) is entirely re-textured as an Egyptian-themed version of the original circuit (as shown in this video)! Grip is reduced and sliding very possible!
I've shown each car in the game, even the crazy Warrior PTO E/2 bonus rocket car (that was rather intense to drive on the equally crazy Lost Vegas bonus track in Rally mode!).
I used the Time Trial mode, so there's no other cars getting in the way, and it's more like real-life rallying. Strictly speaking, this game isn't really a rally game, but it's slippy-slidey enough in this bonus mode to be included in this playlist!
