The rematch I was looking forward to and dreading at the same time! The second encounter with Mengiang is very similar to first the fight... which means that if you know what you're doing, she can be surprisingly very easy. Some grinding, proper resistances to magic and sleep, buffs, debuffs and a good amount of physical attackers works really well against her...

... But a thing I discovered against fake Mengiang is that deflection/reflection is very powerful against her arrows and the same was very true during this encounter. Not only was her Narcolepsy move blocked... but the sleep effect stuck to her! This led to an hilarious scenario where a Baku managed to put herself to sleep so I just decided to put on a bunch of buffs, debuffs and recharged some of my MP before attacking.

Admittedly, my party was level 54 so I dunno if that's on par with her or grossly overleveled.
