The Nintendo Switch Input Lag Paradox! + Brooks Switch Adapter Input Lag Analysis. Over the course of owning my Nintendo Switch, which has been over four years now, I have spent a lot of time analyzing and discussing input lag on the console/handheld. In the Switch's lifetime we have heard a lot about different methods or reducing input lag on the console like playing with wireless Bluetooth or by playing in handheld mode instead of USB docked mode. But despite all these recommendations, there seems to be this persistent additional frame of lag compared to lag on the PS4, PC, PS5, and Xbox. In today's video, I present my findings on this situation, backed up with cross referenced input lag tests, to try and demystify what is going on with input lag on the Switch. Also, just as an added bonus, since a lot of people have been asking me about it, I also give an input lag reading on the Brooks adapter for the PS4/PS3 to Switch converter.
