Ah yes, the infamous Ocean Roars Again main mission. This place is much more annoying to me than the mines. Why? In a word, drowning. Due to the gravity wells known as water in this game's version of Japan, you're quite likely to fall off at some point.

There are numerous narrow walkways, some on the way to torches, others to optional items. These can be tricky but I'd highly recommend searching for the torches. Why? Well it makes the boss fight much more manageable to a new player. Since for every torch you leave un lit, an extra mob spawns in the fight. This is very bad.

As for the stage, the biggest threats are falling off in the middle of a battle. Whether that's dodging or getting pushed off, always keep in mind where the holes in the floor are. If in doubt, dodge toward what you can see.
