Like Darth Flavius (https://www.twitch.tv/darth_flavius), who has been passed the torch, I will attempt a slight bastardization of the NO DEATH RULESET, as established by Luzarius, the brilliantly flawed ironman Twitch streamer (and troll) of yesteryear, who has set down and honed the following 11 rules thusly:
No Death Ruleset - Ironman Rules
1. If the only option to continue the game after death is a reload, then we must start a new game instead. If we die in an expansion/dlc initiated from the main menu, then we will start that expansion/dlc from the beginning.
2. Normal difficulty minimum. This can be defined as the second easiest difficulty.
3. Backseat gaming is allowed and strongly encouraged as long as it does not involve plot spoilers. Examples of backseating gaming are combat advice, character development, survival and roleplaying our character properly. Viewers can and are expected to warn the broadcaster of scenarios where the hero can die in a cheap single blow. Viewers are allowed to warn the broadcaster if picking a certain dialogue option will lead to instant death.
4. Reloading from death due to an in game bug is allowed as long as the bug is documented on a reputable website or confirmed by the development team.
5. We are not allowed to reload due to failure from events involving a wager.
6. A reload is allowed if the wrong key is accidentally pressed during a dialogue choice.
7. Quick Time Events (QTE) will always be disabled if possible.
8. Timed decisions will ALWAYS be paused if possible.
9. Exploiting bugs is not allowed
10. We can mod the game when it comes to minimizing mundane tasks that are boring to watch.
11. As long as the game informs us properly within reason, quest failure will be accepted and not reloaded.
