The Real Galvatron We Didn’t Get in Transformers Prime. 1 of the most debated aspects of Transformers Prime would have to be whether Galvatron was in the show or not. After Megatron was killed by Bumblebee using the Star Saber and dropped at the bottom of the ocean. He was later revived and reconstructed by Unicron. And Megatron would find himself a prisoner in his own body, tortured by his new master. Which was awfully similar to Galvatron from the 1986 film. However, he was never referred to as Galvatron in the show. And many fans refuse to call him as such. But apparently, the character of Galvatron does in fact exist in this continuity. Unlike the original incarnation this version was a separate character from Megatron. During the Age of Origins, Galvatron and his chaos group believed in the opposite of the dominant Patterner philosophy of their day. Instead of uncovering and recording the way the universe was ordered and patterned they focused on fomenting Chaos in every way possible. By the Megatron was born Galvatron was long dead.
