Kim Dotcom's Mega has launched a year after Mega Upload was taken down. How is Mega, Dotcom's new secure file-storage and file-sharing service different? Well, there's a new layer of security...and paranoia. To be fair, the paranoia seems to have been earned by Dotcom, and now his service reflects it.
