This is an upgraded version of TheCreeperStache's Revolving Lighthouse. I noticed he used a lot of unnecessary circuitry, sooo I thought I'd make a more simplified version. So, here it is!
Also, with this version, you don't actually need the two levels. You can do it all on one level. I did it on two so it's not so confusing when I explain it.
To do it on one level, just put the blocks and repeaters from the clock circuit where the torches are on the second level and Voila! Single level revolving lighthouse.
