The Rookie Season 7 Tackles Aaron’s Exit, But What Makes Tru Valentino’s Departure So Frustrating?
6Miles Penn (played by Deric Augustine) and Seth Ridley (played by Patrick Kelehe) were added to the cast of The Rookie, an ABC crime drama, following Aaron's poorly handled season 7 exit. Lucy Chen is Seth's training officer, and Miles is Tim Bradford's new rookie. After relocating to Los Angeles, Miles had to start his training over after serving as a police officer in Texas for two years. Seth, on the other hand, is a true novice whose anxiety and excitement occasionally overwhelm him.
In season seven of The Rookie, Miles and Seth couldn't be more dissimilar. They are both interesting cast members, though. At first look, Seth is shy, self-conscious, and unprepared for the position, while Miles is a cocky, wise man who instantly irritates Tim (especially after he flirts with Lucy). However, as the episodes go on, it becomes evident that Miles and Seth are much more complex than they first appear.
