The Room Two Gameplay - Chapter Three
0I had to be less ambitious in this video, and play only one Chapter. The reasons? I don't know why, but there were two times that the triggers for the next part of the game didn't work. The first one was right at the beginning, when I slided the metal bar. It was supposed to be picked up and open the door in a cinematic that started next on, but it wouldn't add it to my inventory, even after sliding it completely to the left. I was so frustrated that I stopped the video, deleted that part and started all over again.
The next one was that, somehow, the Crossbow didn't shoot. I double checked by asking for hints, being the first one, and I quote: "The crossbow is ready to fire. But, at what?". Even when I was aiming at the right target, the trigger just kept sounding like if it were pulling the string even further, but not shooting the bolt at any time. I restarted the whole level when I had already 50 minutes recorded, so I'm sorry for that.
About the Chapter itself, it resembles a room of some sort of Aztec Temple, as it could be inferred from the notes that are found there. Especially when it mentioned the Jaguar and the Feathered Snake, and the telling of "Invaders" and "Plagues", narrating the events of the Spanish conquering the Aztec City-States. Finally, I had some problems to find the symbol in the final projection to trigger the Portal to the next Chapter, but at least I found it before the recording would stop, at the 2-hour mark.
I will keep playing the remaining chapters within these days. I hope I won't have more problems regarding broken triggers. Sorry about the rant, by the way.
