INTRODUCTION (From the manual):
A passive and peacful society established on Earth by the year 2086 has its idyllic existance shattered by an invasion of an alien attack force. The populace are sent to work in the aliens' mines. Some rebelled, but one stood out as the most hardy and courageous. Named Tal, he was instructed by the elders to explore the land in search of the legendary item which humans had worked so hard to perfect. This item is, of course, the eponymous Sacred Armour - an anti- radiation (Antiriad) suit which renders the wearer impervious to just about any form of attack.

REVIEW:
The first thing you got to do is to find a weapon, which is quite easy because there is a pile of stones on the start screen, and this is the only weapon you can pick up and use until you put on the Sacred Armour.

When you have picked up the pile of stones you can start to seek for the armour, and once you've managed to get hold of the armour, the next problem is to seek out the various items which will make you even more magnificent - anti-grav boots, particle negator and pulser beam.

When you have found those items the armour is fully equipped, and you can start searching for the implosion mine which is the last object you need to find - This object is needed to destroy the aliens' base.

You have two energy bars – one for Tal and one for the armour, and it is possible to find extra energy on some of the screens.

The game is an arcade adventure and it was very popular back in 1986. It might seem a bit short but unless you have a map you will use a lot of time finding the stuff you need and the right way.

The original game was a 48k production, while this re-release for the 128k has got the menu soundtrack changed with one in AY format similar to the one in the Amstrad CPC version, but unlike the CPC version this soundtrack keeps playing when you start the game, and the game still has the beeper sound fx. An extra loading screen and trainer option is also added.

The game was published for ZX Spectrum 48k by Palace Software in 1986, and re-released for ZX Spectrum 128k by Goodboy/Tiboh in 2018.
