Ingredients:
4 ounces dry medium-width egg noodles
1 (10-ounce) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup shredded mild Cheddar cheese
1/2 cup frozen green peas
2 (5-ounce) cans chunk light tuna in water, drained well (I also made this with shredded chicken.)
1/2 cup crushed kettle-cooked potato chips
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1/4 cup finely chopped fresh parsley (I used the seasoning.) :)

1. Cook noodles according to package directions, shortening cooking time by 2 minutes. Drain and rinse under cool water to stop cooking.
2. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F and grease a 2-quart casserole dish with nonstick cooking spray.
3. In a large bowl, add soup and milk. Whisk until smooth, then add noodles, cheese, peas, and tuna. Combine.
4. Transfer tuna mixture to prepared casserole dish. Bake 20 minutes.
5. While casserole bakes, combine potato chips and butter in a medium bowl.
6. Once casserole has baked, spread chips over top. Bake 10-12 minutes until chips are golden brown and casserole is bubbling.
7. Let casserole cool 10 minutes before garnishing with parsley and serving.

With added vegetables and seasonings, I am sure I would raise this to a 5 or 6. It is still a simple casserole. Not bad tasting, just rather basic. My family had the tuna, but did prefer the chicken casserole. They rated the tuna a 7/10. Also, I doubled the recipe so you will not have nearly as much food as I did!
