The Source OC is an entertainment, dining and retail center in Buena Park, California. As you can see, the entertainment hub is struggling while there are only several stores that are currently open while the hub makes a slow start after its grand opening in late 2016. However, storefronts continue to gradually open on a monthly basis. It was recently reported in the OC Register that the developers of The Source have defaulted on nearly $140 million in loans and potentially face a trustee sale of the property in May 2018.
