One of the weirdest Famiclones I've ever seen!

It's basically the entire system, controls and cartridge slot all built into an N64 shaped controller! It has a secondary controller port to use the included light-gun or 2nd player controller (witch is shaped like a Genesis controller) and the whole thing runs off of 4x AA batteries witch go in a cartridge that's loaded into the "memory card slot" of the N64 controller.

This clone is NTSC with Composite AV mono jacks located on the main controller. It plays Famicom carts when loaded onto the back of the controllers 60-pin cartridge slot. Playing actual Famicom carts is awkward as shown in the video but there's also 76 games built in. Turning on the system with no Famicom cartridge loaded will bring up a menu to select the built in games.

Many of the built in games are actually good, well known games while others may be pirated games, hacks or name swaps on older lesser known games.

Perhaps what makes this strange Famiclone even stranger is the fact that this specific version in this packaging (I'm sure the same unit was sold under many different names, in different packaging around the world) makes absolutely no mention of being able to play cartridge games on it. Nowhere on the outside of the box does it mention FC, Nintendo, 8-bit or the fact there's a cartridge slot on it at all! The only reason I thought it might be a Famiclone was the fact I've seen these on the internet before. Otherwise I would never have suspected it! Obviously whoever was reselling these in NA figured no one would even know what a Famicom game was so they would instead sell these based on the fact they have 76 games built in.

Overall this is just one of those things that's virtually useless to me in any practical kind of way but it's pretty cool from a collectors point of view. I'm sure it's really common, and therefore not worth much. But as a fan of Nintendo and what Famiclones have done it's pretty neat just to have for the strangeness factor! Besides that it was under $10 after all.
