4The game's performance is pretty cool the GTX 1650 Super handle it fine, although frame times are inconsistent, I do recommend locking the game to 60 fps and enjoying it at 1080P high settings.
If it gets more demanding in some maps, consider using FSR or simply drop it down to medium settings.
As for 1440P, Medium with FSR Quality seems to deliver a ~60 FPS experience, it might drop here and there but it is overall satisfactory.
For 30 FPS High settings should do the trick if you are getting any stuttering, consider reducing textures to medium.
4K 60 FPS is only possible with low and FSR on Performance
For 30 FPS Medium with FSR Quality does the trick.
Some stutterings and missing textures or textures flickering in and out it's due to the VRAM being getting fulfilled while streaming the VRAM allocation behaves differently, I have tried the game after the stream without recording, and it was easy to see that 1080P Ultra, for example, was going over the 4GB VRAM buffer causing massive issues for the game, avoid pushing the textures to ultra at 1080P, and for 1440P or 4K probably use textures on medium instead to prevent issues.
