I talked about it in a few non-specific videos as well as tweets/Facebook posts, but not everyone has seen it. In this video I explain the idea and the early success it has had and how I'll be implementing it in the future.

Tier system explained quickly and simply:
-Goals are set on certain videos and will be announced ahead of time on Twitter, Facebook, a stand alone video and/or that video itself.
-If a goal/several goals are met, then tiers are unlocked and you'll be able to vote on one reward from ANY tier that has been UNLOCKED!
-Whatever is voted for, I do. If you want higher tier stuff, then you'll have to work together to demolish the goals. Otherwise it's try, try again.
